A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Security Research Coverage.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of Security Researchers to enhance detection rules for Secrets, Code, and Supply Chain

Collaborate with Product Management to prioritize impactful detection areas and set the team roadmap

Measure and improve the quality and coverage of detection rules through research and automation

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience as a People Manager

5+ years of experience as a Tech Lead in the Security space

Experience working in fast-paced environments with rapid iteration

Comfortable mentoring Security Researchers and contributing to technical direction

Proficiency in coding, particularly in Python or Rust
