Travel experience is a plus.

Description :

CVICU experience is a plus but not required.

Travelers are allowed one call out per contract.

If there is a second call out, there will need to be proper documentation and it will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

The facility is a community hospital and regional referral center.

It is Joint Commission accredited with 171 beds.

It is a certified chest pain center and a Level 3 trauma facility.

Local attractions include outdoor recreation such as fishing, golfing, swimming, and hiking.

There are numerous local restaurants, breweries, and distilleries to explore.

Beautiful mountain ranges and serene lake scenery enhance the area.

It is conveniently located near major cities.

The position is for the ICU department.

There is a requirement for weekend hours on a call basis.

Float requirements may include Intermediate Care Unit as the primary RN and ED holding as needed.

The patient population includes adult and geriatric patients.

The unit has 16 beds with a patient ratio of 1 : 2.

The equipment used includes Baxter pumps and the EHR system is Medhost.

Common diagnoses and treatments include STEMI, NSTEMI, COPD exacerbation, sepsis, CABG, valve repair / replacement, acute respiratory failure, A. fib RVR, ETOH withdrawal, head injury, overdose, stroke, trauma, CRRT, TCAR, and TVAR.

Candidates must submit a full application packet.

Dress code includes scrubs of any color.

Unacceptable attire should be avoided.
