EPM Application Subcontractor

Provide support to customers and internal environments, maintaining products and applications. Solve any incidents or problems, analyze and apply any requested changes, and work on any service requests that may arise. Be a referent within the support team and provide technical guidance. Be able to undertake projects in coordination with the customer, PM, and Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Investigation and resolution of problems, troubleshooting and tuning of specific Oracle software (e.g., Oracle EPM, HFM, Planning, Essbase, FDMEE, OBBIEE, ODI) and OS (e.g., Unix-based and MS Windows).
• Software upgrades and installations.
• Best practices recommendations and applications' migrations.
• Knowledge sharing and providing training within the team.
