ER RN Job Details Location : Julesburg, CO (80737) – Colorado healthcare jobs Facility : Critical Access Hospital – Emergency Department Assignment Start Date : December 22, 2025 Assignment End Date : March 21, 2026 Contract Duration : 13 weeks (Travel Nursing) Shift : 12-hour night shifts, 3 shifts / week Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours / week Estimated Weekly Salary : $1880 - $2020 Unit Details : 15-bed unit, caring for patients from birth to geriatric Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum 2 years of inpatient RN experience (emergency room or acute care preferred) Current certifications : TNCC, ACLS, and BLS Experience with cardiac and diabetic drips Proficient in Cerner EMR and telemetry equipment Ability to mix medications independently (no in-house pharmacy) ER Nurse Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care in the Emergency Department and float to Medical-Surgical unit as needed Manage a diverse patient population, including trauma, cardiac, COPD, diabetes, CHF, and more Maintain a 2 : 1 patient ratio for optimal patient safety and care Administer cardiac and diabetic drips, and mix medications as required Document and monitor patients using Cerner EMR and telemetry systems Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes Ready to take the next step in your nursing career?
