Position : Assistant Practice Manager (High-Volume Logistics for Premium Wellness Services)

Location : Park City, UT (On-site)

Reports to : Practice Manager

Employment Type : Full-Time, On-Site (MF, 8 : 30 AM 5 : 30 PM)

The Role : Driving Flow, Fueling Performance :

As the Assistant Practice Manager , you will be the right hand to the Practice & Clinical Operations Manager, owning the daily rhythm of the Center. Youll directly manage Medical Assistants, Front Office staff, and Shipping & Inventory staff , ensuring they operate at peak performance.

This role demands agility, accountability, and a relentless commitment to excellence. Youll be the one executing strategies, coaching staff, enforcing metrics, and ensuring that every patient walking through our doors experiences nothing less than world-class care .

What Youll Do

Lead the Team :

• Manage and coach Medical Assistants, Front Office staff, and Shipping & Inventory staff to be the absolute best in the business.
• Handle performance management, coaching, check-ins, and metrics-based oversight of all clinical employees.
• Resolve employee issues with clarity, integrity, and fairnessbuilding a culture of accountability and growth.

Own the Flow :

• Oversee scheduling of Brain Regeneration and Thrive procedures , plus staff time-off and timecards.
• Audit schedules, task completion, and workforce efficiency to ensure zero gaps in patient care.
• Ensure every patient journey is seamlessfrom check-in to follow-up.

Execute with Precision :

• Roll out new strategies and process improvements with speed and consistency.
• Monitor and enforce daily clinical metrics , ensuring the team stays on track and at standard.
• Track KPIs, staff performance, and patient outcomesturning data into actionable results.

Build the Future :

• Champion continuous improvement in clinical and administrative operations.
• Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing development of staff.
• Partner with leadership to integrate bioenergetic services, retail, and digital wellness innovations into the Center.
