Remote Pharmacy Insurance Specialist

A company is looking for a Remote Pharmacy Insurance Verification Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Assist patients with obtaining coverage for prescription medications

Make inbound / outbound calls to patients, guarantors, payors, and payees

Utilize call center software to complete account research and update notes

Required Qualifications

Must have a quiet location in home to work

Previous / recent insurance verification experience (1+ year preferred)

Experience with high-volume calls

Computer proficient with the ability to learn new software

High School Diploma or GED
