Job Summary
The Charge Entry Specialist duties include review and acceptance of electronic and manual charges generated by Augusta Medical Group doing so the Charge Entry Specialist will review provider documentation to extract data to accurately review and make corrections where needed to CPT and / or ICD-10CDM codes.
Shift : Day M-F w / flexibility at month end to meet monthly quarterly and annual deadlines.
This position plays a critical role in supporting Augusta Healths mission and advancing departmental goals through measurable performance indicators and service excellence. This position contributes to a collaborative patient-centered environment and helps drive outcomes aligned with organizational priorities.
