Position Overview :
The Global Long-Range Planning & Vendor Management Analyst supports the ICT Manufacturing Strategy, Planning & Control organization. This role is responsible for developing, documenting, and tracking long-range plans that align with the organization's mission. The analyst will collaborate with manufacturing facilities to support growth, budgeting, equipment and software lifecycle management, system compatibility, and the integration of emerging technologies. Additional responsibilities include driving process efficiency, monitoring vendor performance, and managing purchase requisitions and goods receipts.
Key Responsibilities :
Long-Range Strategy & Planning :
Develop and maintain global resource distribution plans.
Ensure alignment with plant operations to minimize disruptions.
Integrate emerging technologies and business models into long-term strategies.
Coordinate with global leadership, partners, internal teams, and stakeholders.
Manage invoices, payments, and goods receipts.
Oversee ICT manufacturing hardware and software asset management.
Vendor Management :
Foster strong communication and collaboration with vendors.
Monitor contract compliance and adherence to standards.
Manage the purchase-to-pay process, from requisition to goods receipt.
Assist with contract negotiations and vendor KPI monitoring.
Support global massification initiatives and ensure smooth daily operations.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of financial processes.
1+ years of experience with project management tools and processes.
Experience working with Service Now.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Experience working with virtual teams.
Fluency in English.
