Are you a skilled and experienced renovation contractor who can do any project in a home? Looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team and work with our project manager to oversee residential renovation projects. There are an endless number of projects and as long as the service is great, you will always stay busy!

Per Bid Per Job

Responsibilities :

• Complete all aspects of residential Renovation projects, from start to final completion
• Work with the project manager on keeping project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
• Coordinate with the project manager and inspectors to ensure smooth project execution
• Inspect and assess the condition of properties, identifying necessary repairs and renovations that were missed by the project manager
• Complete the installation of materials, fixtures, and appliances, based on the project manager's scope of work
• Maintain accurate project documentation
