Maintenance Technician - Automation & Facilities

Locations : Flower Mound, TX | Kernersville, NC | Temecula, CA

Pay : $23–$32 / hr (Based on location and experience)

Join a leading distribution company where your mechanical and technical expertise keeps operations running smoothly. We’re looking for a Warehouse Maintenance Technician to support the safe, efficient, and reliable performance of our automated Distribution Centers.

Whether it’s keeping conveyors moving, troubleshooting control systems, or ensuring workplace safety, you’ll play a hands-on role in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

Maintenance & Technical Support Responsibilities :

What We’re Looking For

Preferred Skills :

Experience in a high-volume distribution or fulfillment center

CMMS software experience (e.g., Fiix, Maintenance Connection)

OSHA 10 or 30 certification

Basic networking or IT knowledge

Pay by Location

Flower Mound, TX : $25–$30 / hr

Kernersville, NC : $23–$28 / hr

Temecula, CA : $25–$32 / hr

Hours : Typically 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (Full-time, onsite)
