Long Term Substitute Needed Starting December 9th 2025 till February 2026- Available for full time or part time hours. Provide counseling and evidence-based related services / interventions for identified students and / or as documented on IEPs. Actively support school-wide preventative and proactive strategies to address social-emotional competencies / social-emotional health. Facilitate support groups based on student needs. Serve as an integral member of the schools MTSS team. Actively locate community resources to assist students and families in need. Consult with teachers and other staff to address behavioral and social-emotional needs of students. Document specialized and related services for identified students through the IEP process. Collect and analyze data for academic and / or behavioral needs. Conduct evaluations as appropriate to include Functional Behavior Analyses Social Histories and / or Psychological Assessments.
