Salary : $16-$17 hourly

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Extended Families of Nebraska (EFN), youll be part of a team dedicated to supporting adults with intellectual and / or developmental disabilities. Our mission is to empower the people we serve by providing opportunities to live fulfilling lives, achieve their full potential, and thrive in their community using natural, inclusive settings.

DSPs work closely with our participants, engaging in enjoyable activities while maintaining a clean, friendly, and safe environment.

Our participants have the choice to pursue activities they enjoy, and we encourage community integration through outings like visits to the zoo, museums, parks, bowling, geocaching, volunteer opportunities, and seasonal events. We also actively seek new experiences tailored to our participants interests. Physical aggression is rare, and we prioritize fostering an environment where everyone feels safe, respected, and supported.
