About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Profession : Nursing

Shift : Night 12

Hours per Shift : 12 (7 : 00 PM - 7 : 30 AM)

Experience : Minimum of 2 years current Surgical ICU experience

License : RN License

Certifications : BLS, ACLS preferred

Must-Have : Strong Surgical ICU experience

Description :

The role requires a Registered Nurse in the Surgical ICU.

Candidates must possess an RN license and BLS certification.

Strong experience in the Surgical ICU is necessary.

Critical Care Certification and trauma course are preferred.

Familiarity with EPIC is a plus.

The focus will be on ICU patients and post-surgical patients.

Experience with trauma, transplant, vascular, GI, ortho / neuro spine procedures, and general surgery is essential.

The patient population includes trauma, transplant, vascular, GI, ortho-spine, and oncology.

Floating to areas of like skill set may be required.

Weekend availability for 3 out of 6 weekends within a 6-week schedule is expected.

Availability for 2 call shifts during a 6-week schedule is required.

Holiday availability is needed as necessary.
