Key Responsibilities
Provide professional support to all customers and assist them in navigating the application
Verify technical documents and regulatory details submitted by end users

Required Qualifications
Fluency in French and English, both verbally and in writing
Call center experience is a plus
Working knowledge of PC and related applications
Ability to learn online software systems
