Maintenance Manager

Oversee preventive and reactive maintenance for plant operations. Manage PM schedules and ensure timely completion. Troubleshoot and repair machines and controls (extruders, corrugators, motors / drives, downstream equipment, chillers, etc.). Maintain spare parts inventory and order components as needed. Manage CMMS performance and compliance. Lead and develop maintenance team (currently 1 person, expanding to 2). Work with vendors for equipment installation and outsourced labor. Handle some facilities maintenance and vendor coordination. Support continuous improvement projects and capital investment opportunities. Ensure safety compliance (Lockout / Tagout, Arc Flash, PPE).

Skills and Requirements : 10+ years of maintenance experience, 5+ years of management experience, ability to troubleshoot Allen Bradley PLCs (programming experience preferred), ability to troubleshoot Fanuc robots (ideal : touch-up teaching), experience with both mechanical and electrical systems, high school diploma required; technical training / certifications preferred, experience managing spare parts inventory and ordering, strong leadership and ability to work within established guidelines.
