If tracing a fault in a motor control circuit sounds as satisfying as rebuilding a pump, you’ll feel at home at NPAA. In this role, you’ll keep our manufacturing processes, laboratories, and offices running smoothly—balancing planned maintenance with quick-turn repairs while elevating safety and reliability.
Your impact
- Own preventive maintenance and repair for key assets : pumps (mag drive, mechanical seal), grinding mills, valves, compressors, and packaging systems.
- Pinpoint and correct issues in motor control systems and plant instrumentation.
- Keep mobile equipment—forklifts and aerial lifts—inspected, serviced, and ready.
- Support site utilities : steam generation and cooling / chilling systems, helping ensure compliance with state regulations for fire systems, boilers, and pollution control.
- Leverage fabrication and piping capabilities; welding and pipe assembly skills are a plus.
- Drive continuous improvement by contributing to safety and site enhancement programs.

Hourly range : $25.10 to $38.23. Compensation for this role is negotiable based on experience and skill set.
