North Jersey Wellness Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) to join our growing team. This full-time hybrid position combines the flexibility of virtual care with meaningful, in-person client interactions at our welcoming office.

We specialize in individual, family, and marriage counseling and are proud to serve a diverse community with a strong emphasis on culturally responsive, bilingual services.

Requirements:
– Active LAC license in the State of New Jersey
– Commitment to providing high-quality, client-centered care
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills
– Ability to manage a flexible caseload and collaborate within a team-based environment
