Job Summary

Actual Homecare, LLC seeks a strong, compassionate, and reliable Male Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our team. This role offers competitive hourly pay that will progress to long-term live-in and requires experience working with dementia clients. The ideal candidate will provide essential care to our clients, assisting with daily activities and promoting their physical and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities :

• Provide direct care to clients, including personal hygiene assistance, mobility support, medication reminders, and daily living activities
• Assist clients with dementia, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being
• Monitor and record clients' physical and emotional condition and report any changes to the supervising nurse or supervisor
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for clients
• Lift, transfer, and provide physical support to clients as needed
• Promote clients' independence and self-care abilities through education and encouragement
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare team members
• Follow infection control measures and adhere to all company policies and procedures
