Key Responsibilities

Manage the development and execution of multi-year sourcing strategies

Oversee supplier selection and performance management while aligning with various teams

Drive continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes and tools

Required Qualifications

Master's Degree in a relevant field and 7+ years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree and 9+ years of experience

7+ years of supply chain experience with industrial electrical, mechanical, or energy products

Ability to meet security screening requirements

5+ years of people management experience preferred

10+ years of experience in a Supply Chain Category leadership role preferred
