Job descriptionLicensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) or Clinical Psychologist (PhD) licensure in state of practice : Required Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) or Psychologist (PSYCH) : Required Meets with entire families and / or individually with family members to assist them with functioning more effectively. Counsels families and individuals regarding psychological or emotional problems such as stress, substance abuse, or family situations and develops and implements therapeutic treatment plan. Interviews family members to obtain information concerning social history, treatment and other pertinent information. Educates patients and their families about mental illness, treatment plans and resources. Facilitates regular multidisciplinary review meetings for the purpose of planning care and assessing the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions, group therapy processes and program components. Discusses progress toward goals such as medication regiment, family relationships, educational programs, and other related problems. Completes and maintains individual and group counseling notes and documentation. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Hourly Range : $46.75 - $64.13 per hour Starting Bonus CEU allowance plus 5 paid days for Full Time Employment License, DEA, Board Certifications, Associations Fees allowance Student Loan Assistance Program (paid over 5 years) Malpractice coverage through Adventist Health Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage through Adventist Health PTO Small Town Charm : Fowler has a small-town feel with a close-knit community. Job Summary :
Provides family and individual mental health counseling / therapy. Provides treatment for mental disorders and psychological conflicts. Helps families resolve emotional, mental and psychological conflicts.
Job Requirements :
Education and Work Experience :
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (some certifications will require Bachelor’s) : Required
- Master's Degree : Preferred
- Postgraduate experience in acute inpatient or outpatient mental health services, with specific experience in group process and individual counseling : Preferred
