Compliance Officer I - North Carolina

A company is looking for a Compliance Officer I - Testing & Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Execute end-to-end compliance testing, including planning, risk identification, and reporting

Source, validate, and analyze data to identify discrepancies and risks

Document and track compliance testing processes while ensuring quality assurance and adherence to standards

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Audit, or Banking, or a High School Diploma / GED with 8 years of relevant experience

Familiarity with Controls and Risk Management Frameworks

General knowledge of consumer and small banking regulations

Experience in compliance testing or internal audit of compliance risks

Proficiency with MS Office Suite and data analytics tools
