About the Role

As a Project and Operations Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in keeping our projects running smoothly. You'll provide essential administrative, technical, and coordination support across multiple marine and shipyard projects — ensuring efficiency, communication, and organization from start to finish.

What You'll Do

• Support project managers and operations teams with administrative and clerical duties.
• Handle document control — filing, scanning, copying, and organizing both physical and digital project files.
• Create and maintain project databases, logs, and progress reports.
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for ongoing marine operations.
• Track timelines and deliverables to ensure goals are met.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes for project updates.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to maintain project flow and accuracy.
