Job descriptionProvide assessment, diagnosis and implementation of plan of care for end of life patients living in private homes across Northern Anne Arundel County, MD Collaborate with interdisciplinary team (physician / provider, social work, chaplain, etc) in order to provide highest level quality of care. Minimum of 1-2 years of previous clinical experience working with the geriatric patient population ideally in long term care, hospice, home health, acute care or related setting

Currently seeking a Registered Nurse, Hospice for a non-profit organization in the Glen Burnie MD Area. RN would be providing one on one in-home visits for end-of-life patients living in private homes across Northern Anne Arundel County
Organization is well established, with a great reputation for quality of care in the state of Maryland. Position offers great work life balance and the opportunity to spend one on one patient time!
Schedule : Monday - Friday 8 : 00AM - 4 : 30PM with NO weekends or on-call!
Benefits and Compensation for the Registered Nurse, Hospice :
- Highly competitive salary ranging from approximately $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year depending on years of experience or qualifications
- 18 vacation days, 10 sick days, 6 holidays
- Mileage reimbursement at the IRS recommended rate (.70 / mi)
- 401K with company paid match
