Radiology Technologist Job Details Location : Columbia, South Carolina (29203) Healthcare Setting : Acute Care Teaching Hospital Contract Type : Travel Radiology Tech Job Start Date : November 24, 2025 End Date : February 23, 2026 Contract Duration : 13 weeks Shifts : 3x12-hour day shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday; 7 : 00am – 7 : 30pm) Hours per Week : 36 Estimated Weekly Salary : $1710 - $1750 Floating : Required to qualified units / campuses as needed Radiology Technologist Qualifications Minimum 2 years of radiology technologist experience preferred; 1 year accepted if full-time at a Level 1 trauma center or Children’s Hospital with OR and fluoroscopic study experience Active South Carolina Radiologic Quality Standards Association (SCRQSA) license ARRT (R) certification required BLS certification required Proficiency with Epic EMR (minimum 1 year experience) Experience in acute care imaging including ER, ICU, NICU, PICU, and OR First-time travelers not accepted Radiology Technologist Responsibilities Independently perform all aspects of X-ray imaging, including bedside / portable procedures, trauma imaging, and C-arm procedures Conduct fluoroscopic studies such as barium swallow and esophagram Adapt to equipment-specific training as needed Float to other hospital units or campuses based on census and qualifications Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care Maintain accurate documentation using Epic EMR Take the next step in your radiology technologist career with this rewarding travel healthcare job in Columbia, South Carolina.
