FTE : Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift : Days

Pay : $37.04 - $55.57 / hour. Pay is based on relevant experience.

Summary : We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Imaging Equipment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining assigned medical imaging equipment and support systems, ensuring they run efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities :

• Respond to support requests efficiently by interviewing customers to understand the nature and scope of their issues.
• Diagnose and resolve medical imaging equipment issues according to established service level guidelines. Escalate issues to higher-level technical support or management when necessary.
• Perform routine safety checks, image quality assurance verifications, calibrations, and preventative maintenance on medical equipment and support systems.
• Enhance your technical competencies while demonstrating a strong understanding of customer service policies and procedures.
• Utilize critical thinking skills and decisive judgment, able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
