Gallagher Home Health Services is Hiring an Independent 1099 Home Health Physical Therapist (PT)

Gallagher Home Health Services is hiring a dedicated, experienced Physical Therapist to join our team as an independent contractor.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience required, Home Health experience preferred
• Must have a reliable vehicle, valid PA drivers license, and insurance coverage
• Must pass a satisfactory criminal record check

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions and needs to develop individualized care plans.
• Provide hands-on physical therapy treatments, including exercises and modalities, to enhance patient recovery.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records using EMR systems.
  
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home care strategies to promote independence and recovery.
• Drive to various locations for home health visits, ensuring timely and effective care delivery.
