Job Description

As a Quality Engineer, you will develop and utilize key process indicators and statistical methods to assess process effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and establish best practices. You will lead teams in driving continuous quality improvement, support corrective and preventive actions, and verify the effectiveness of activities related to product quality issues and customer complaints. Additionally, you will ensure that quality reporting and records related to incoming and in-process quality trends, returns analysis, complaint investigation, and corrective action activities are clearly documented and maintained.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $110000.00 / yr.
