Starting Pay :  $19.68 / hour

Schedule :  Monday–Friday, starting at 6 : 00 .

As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be the face of our brand in the field, ensuring our products perform at their best and our customers are satisfied.

Responsibilities

• Contacting homeowners or job supervisors to schedule service appointments
• Inspecting and processing service orders for accuracy and damage
• Diagnosing and repairing window and door issues on-site
• Documenting service visits, repairs, and parts orders
• Communicating clearly and professionally with customers
• Maintaining a clean, organized service vehicle and inventory
• Using hand tools (drills, suction cups, safely and effectively
• Troubleshooting issues like water / air infiltration and performing adjustments
• Upholding a neat, professional appearance and demeanor
• Safely working on ladders and handling raw materials with proper PPE
