UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Medical Group has an excellent new outpatient Geriatric APN opportunity for a beautiful 55+ community in Burr Ridge. This community serves residents who both live independently, with some needing assistance and memory care.

Experienced APNs who can work independently as a solo practitioner, preferred

Full Practice Authority License, preferred

Average number of patient visits per day 10-12

Clinic Schedule : Monday Friday (Days)

Provide support of EMR in basket

Occurrence based malpractice insurance coverage

Competitive compensation, PTO and CME

Annual Salary : $118K - $125K

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

Education / Training

• Master s degree in Nursing, required
• Full Practice Authority License, preferred
• Current Illinois Nurse Practitioner license in good standing
