JOB OPPORTUNITY – Make a Difference in a Child’s Day (and Get Paid for It!)

Are you passionate about inclusive education and making a meaningful impact in a child’s life? Kama‘āina Kids is looking for caring individuals to provide one-on-one support to keiki with special learning needs in our after-school program at Kalaheo Elementary.

Make a Difference Every Afternoon :

  • Offer personalized guidance and encouragement to children during after-school hours.
  • Support activities like playtime, arts & crafts, snack breaks, homework help, and social skill-building.
  • Build trusting relationships with children and families through consistent communication and empathy.

What We Offer :

  • Competitive Compensation : $16–$19 / hour plus a $750 New Hire Bonus
  • Comprehensive Benefits : Health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, tuition reimbursement, paid training—even for part-time staff
  • Work-Life Balance : Weekday shifts only, typically from 1 : 30 / 2 PM to 5 : 30 PM—no nights or weekends
