Job Setting : Outpatient / inpatient

Procedures : General, endoscopy, ENT, healthy pediatrics greater than 1 year of age, gynecology, OB, orthopedics, cataracts. No hearts, heads, trauma, vascular or thoracic cases

Credentialing : 60 days Minimum Requirements for Consideration

Board Certified / Board Eligible : Board Certified or Board Eligible

Certifications : ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
