Duration : 13 weeks (Start : 11 / 17 / 2025 – End : 2 / 16 / 2026)

Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week

Shift : 10-hour day shifts; every 4th weekend; call shifts required; 3-4 late / flex shifts per 4-week schedule; 1-4 overnight call shifts per week; 1 late shift per week (8 : 30am-7 : 00pm or 10 : 30am-9 : 00pm)

Dress Code : Ceil blue scrubs provided; strict surgical dress code

Charting System : EPIC electronic medical records

Estimated Weekly Salary

Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $2380-$2550 per week

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active RN license (BSN required) – Registered Nurse jobs

BLS certification

Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room nursing experience

Trauma Level I experience required

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Flexibility for late / flex shifts, overnight call shifts, and every 4th weekend

Operating Room Nurse Responsibilities

Circulate in one OR room, providing expert perioperative nursing care

Deliver safe, efficient, and compassionate care to surgical patients

Respond to trauma cases and emergencies as part of a Level I Trauma healthcare team

Adhere to strict surgical dress code and infection control protocols

Document patient care using EPIC charting system

Participate in unit orientation and ongoing clinical training

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
