The Material Program Manager (MPM) is a strong leader with demonstrated project management skills. The MPM is directly accountable for ensuring overall supplier performance. This individual must be a self-starter, capable of developing and achieving organizational and program objectives, and able to successfully interface with all levels of internal management, including supplier management.

This MPM role is the interface between Supply Chain and the Program Office / Integrated Product Team (IPT) and other various functions working on both development and production contracts. Key responsibilities include supplier material management, material forecasting, ensuring cost and schedule requirements are met, creating metrics to monitor GSCM health, complete supplier assessments and future proposal activities; all of which are critical to execute supply chain strategies.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and / or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
