Role
We're looking for a Product Designer to join our Trust & Risk team-someone who's passionate about creating thoughtful, scalable systems that protect and empower our community. In this role, you'll design tools, workflows, and user experiences that help identify and prevent abuse, enforce platform policies fairly, and support users throughout their safety journeys-from proactive education to responsive resolution.
You'll partner closely with product designers, product managers, engineers, operations, data scientists, and policy experts to build solutions that balance safety, speed, and user trust-whether you're designing an appeals experience, reviews, internal enforcement tooling, or real-time interventions during live shows.

As our next Product Designer, you should have 4+ years of experience designing digital products, ideally including work on trust, safety, compliance, or integrity teams, plus :
