Opportunities to earn performance-based free trips. $5,000 sign-on bonus with $6,000 towards your exterior signage Monthly new business bonus of 300% with up to 60% annual bonus on all first-year commissions Veteran candidates may be eligible for a $ 6,000 bonus. We are searching for a qualified candidate who is interested in starting their own agency here at Farmers, which will give you the most freedom, while getting rewarded for your drive and success!
Along with the virtual training requirement from Farmers, you will be provided hands-on training with our district office team to ensure your success. We will train you and your team members for free and assist with the registration process for licensing.
Salary Range : $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
