Job descriptionSupport Influencer Marketing Strategy : Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of influencer marketing campaigns on platforms like Instagram and Facebook. Work with Agencies : Collaborate with local agencies and partners to implement influencer activations and explore new social opportunities. Campaign Management : Help with campaign setup, influencer coordination, content review, and performance tracking. Reporting & Insights : Collect data, prepare reports, and support the team in analyzing campaign results to identify learnings and improvements. Market Insights : Keep an eye on influencer trends, competitor activities, and cultural developments in France to contribute fresh ideas to the team. Background : A degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus – but we also welcome candidates with practical experience through internships, working student roles, or similar. Experience : First hands-on experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing (internships, projects, or 1–2 years working experience), ideally in a Beauty, Fashion or Lifestyle-Brand. Language Skills : Native French and fluent English (spoken and written). Mindset : You’re eager to learn, proactive, and enjoy solving challenges. Skills : Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working on several tasks at the same time. Attitude : Curious, adaptable, and motivated to grow into a marketing professional while contributing your own ideas.
