We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Dental Lab Workflow Coordinator. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate entry and efficient distribution of dental cases into production using the ABS Evolution software platform. The successful candidate will be instrumental in optimizing workflow processes and supporting seamless operations throughout the dental laboratory.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage daily workflow using ABS Evolution software system for removable, full-arch implant and crown and bridge production for both digital and traditional fabrication.
• Collaborate with dental technicians, CAD designers, and managers to streamline workflows and ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows as needed to meet deadlines and production targets.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of production processes and software configurations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to software functionality and integration.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the workflow.
