Responsibilities Automotive Service Advisor :
Greet customers and assist with service inquiries in a friendly, professional mannerAccurately document customer concerns and repair ordersProvide clear estimates and explain maintenance recommendationsCommunicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely service completionFollow up with customers regarding vehicle status and satisfactionEnsure all warranty and internal work complies with OEM standardsMaintain high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service deliveryUphold the dealerships commitment to excellence and brand reputationRequirements / Qualifications Automotive Service Advisor :
Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor, Service Writer, or similar role in a dealership environmentStrong customer service and communication skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesAbility to interpret vehicle diagnostics and repair informationExperience with CDK or similar DMS software preferredTeam-oriented with a professional, positive attitudeValid drivers license and clean driving recordPlease upload your resume and complete the online assessment for priority consideration!Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current residentMust pass pre-employment testing, including MVR and drug screeningWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
