Job Title : Software Development Manager (Full-Time, Hybrid Role - Greater Cleveland Area)
Salary : $130,000 - $150,000+ per year (commensurate with experience)

What will the Software Development Manager do?
Lead and mentor a team of developers working across .NET, ReactJS, and legacy systemsOversee the design and delivery of internal Windows and web applicationsTranslate business needs into technical specifications and development plansGuide architectural decisions and ensure adherence to best practices (SOLID, DI)Act as a business analyst-gathering requirements, identifying blockers, and documenting solutionsInterface with cross-functional teams including operations, accounting, and executive leadershipSupport sprint-style development cycles and high-level troubleshootingContribute to ongoing modernization efforts, including cloud migration and system integrationWhat the company needs in a Software Development Manager :
7+ years of experience in .NET development (including recent .NET 8.0 and C#)3+ years in a leadership or management role within a development teamStrong full-stack development background (Windows + web)Experience with ReactJS, SQL Server, SSRS, Azure DevOps, Git, CI / CD pipelinesAbility to function as a working manager -hands-on, collaborative, and solution-orientedStrong communication skills-able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholdersComfortable in a multi-hat environment with shifting priorities and compressed timelinesExperience gathering requirements and translating them into actionable development tasksBonus : Familiarity with logistics, manufacturing, or mid-sized business environmentsAdditional Details :
