Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) | Full Time

We are seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled in-home therapy under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. In this role, you will help patients improve mobility, restore function, and maintain independence while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide in-home physical therapy services and patient education according to the physicians Plan of Care and therapy care plan.
• Participate in interdisciplinary activities, client care conferences, and promote referrals to other disciplines as appropriate.
• Complete visits in a timely manner in accordance with agency policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned that may not be listed here but are essential to supporting patient care and agency operations

Employment Type: Full Time

Area Coverage: Las Vegas area (travel required to patient homes)

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in the State of Nevada.
• Current and valid BLS (CPR) and ACLS certifications
• Negative TB test result and flu shot within the past year
• Up-to-date immunization/vaccination records including COVID-19, Hepatitis B, MMR, TDaP, and Varicella
• Valid Drivers License with auto insurance
