Content and Partner Developer

Responsibilities

Establish, cultivate, and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders in companies, organizations, and NGOs in your primary (Europe & Africa) and secondary territories (Asia), and other territories if required.

Conduct daily outreach and engagement with potential corporate partners to promote our experiential learning opportunities, building meaningful partnerships.

Manage and expand our corporate network through diligent CRM management, account development, and data analysis.

Contribute to the overall success of Austral Group by ensuring a seamless corporate journey for all stakeholders.

Research and share insights into local economic, social, and cultural nuances to inform program development.

Conduct in-depth theme analysis of all Austral Group destinations to uncover unique cultural and experiential offerings for students.

Qualifications

Fluent in English, additional language proficiency is a plus.

Strong commitment to work, results‑oriented, and proactive.

Excellent planning, problem‑solving, and communication skills (both verbal and written).

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and flexible environment with tight deadlines.

Meticulous attention to detail.
