This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on expertise in modern mobile frameworks, and the ability to guide teams in building secure, scalable, and high-performance mobile solutions. You will collaborate with product managers, architects, designers, and stakeholders to deliver robust applications that meet business and customer needs. Key Responsibilities Lead the full mobile application development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design through development, testing, deployment, and support. Architect, design, and implement mobile applications using modern technologies and best practices. Provide technical leadership to developers, ensuring code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to development standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI / UX, backend, QA, and product management. Review code, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance on complex mobile development challenges. Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and development guidelines. Integrate applications with backend APIs, cloud services, and third-party platforms. Ensure applications meet security, reliability, and performance benchmarks. Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve development efficiency. Support application releases, production deployments, and post-release monitoring. Required Skills and Qualifications 12+ years of experience in mobile application development with strong expertise in both iOS and Android platforms. Hands-on experience with Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, and Java. Strong proficiency in cross-platform technologies such as Flutter, React Native, or Xamarin. Deep understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, MVP, Clean Architecture Experience working with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and backend integration. Solid knowledge of mobile UI / UX standards, responsive design, and usability best practices. Strong background in mobile security, data encryption, authentication, and secure coding standards. Experience in CI / CD, automated testing, and mobile deployment pipelines (App Store, Google Play Proven experience leading teams, mentoring developers, and driving technical decisions. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience with Agile / Scrum development environments.
