A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join their Human Resources Team, working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Consult with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop sourcing strategies
Interview candidates using behavioral and competency-based methods to assess qualifications
Manage multiple priorities while sourcing talent for specialized technical roles and tracking recruiting metrics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
Minimum of 10 years' experience in full-cycle recruiting within a technical environment
At least 5 years' experience in high-volume recruiting in targeted geographic areas or technical specialties
Prior experience recruiting in the A / E / C industry is highly desired
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems
