We are seeking a highly motivated IT Helpdesk Technician to join our west coast team. This in-office role is pivotal in supporting our technology infrastructure, with a focus on Apple hardware and software systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in help desk support. This position offers a unique opportunity to elevate your career in a dynamic and innovative marketing agency.

This role is full-time, requires an onsite work schedule, and is available only in Los Angeles.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage the installation and configuration of software on Apple devices, ensuring seamless operation across the agency.
  • Partner with the People team to assist with new hire tech orientations for West Coast staff, both virtually and in-person, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and clear communication of company policies and procedures.
  • Provide advanced support for over 100 Apple devices, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and setup.
  • Regularly audit systems to ensure compliance with security protocols and performance benchmarks.
  • Set up, troubleshoot, and maintain office technology including video conferencing systems, printers and workstations.
  • Receive, prioritize, and document technology-related requests, ensuring timely resolution and excellent service.
  • Maintain and manage an accurate inventory of all IT hardware and software.
  • Assist operations team when needed with technology adjacent tasks.
  • Undertake other IT-related tasks as assigned by the IT Director.
  • Act as a crucial extension of the Technology Team, delivering exceptional service to all staff members and guests.

Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of experience in a helpdesk role, supporting Apple devices.
  • Experience resolving complex technical issues with minimal supervision.
  • Experience managing and troubleshooting small office networks and Apple devices.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
  • Team player who respects and works well with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Intermediate level proficiency with Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with JAMF Pro for managing Apple devices within an organization.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and LastPass Enterprise management.
  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred Certifications :

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • CompTIA : A+, Net+
  • ITIL Foundation
  • Other relevant technology certifications

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience working in a cloud-only environment.
  • Creation and maintenance of issue tracking systems and user self-help portals.
  • Documenting help desk processes, including escalation procedures.

This role does not have any supervisory responsibilities

Day One will consider experience in lieu of education, technical certifications listed above are also considered in lieu of education.

The Company is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation range for this role is $75,000-$90,000 and this position is eligible for benefits that include medical insurance (health, dental, and vision), retirement plan, paid time off, paid parental leave, new business and employee referral bonuses, etc.

Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as candidates' relevant work experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
