Custodian Lead

The Custodian Lead is responsible for providing oversight and coordination of custodial staff in the cleaning, maintenance, and upkeep of City facilities. This position ensures facilities are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and safety and acts as a liaison between custodial staff and supervisory personnel. Education and / or experience required : high school diploma or GED, and two years of custodial experience, including one year of lead custodial experience. Certifications, licenses, registrations required : Must have at the time of hire and be able to maintain a valid Arizona Driver License.

Selection process : Applicants whose education, training and experience most closely meet the needs of the position may be invited to participate in a selection process to include a panel interview. Successful candidates will receive a post-offer, pre-employment background screening may include : criminal background screening, drug screen, education & experience verification, e-verify, fingerprinting, 39 month motor vehicle department records check.
