A company is looking for a Pharmacy Care Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-bound and out-bound calls for medication adherence and prescription refill reminders
Provide clerical and administrative support to clinical staff and manage escalated inquiries
Participate in pharmacy quality improvement initiatives and assist in training new hires
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED or higher
2+ years of experience in a pharmacy / medical / healthcare setting
1+ years of administrative support experience
1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products
1+ years of call center experience
