As a Field Supervisor , you will lead pumpers and field crews to ensure safe and efficient water transfer operations. Responsibilities include overseeing rig-up / rig-down, managing water wells, coordinating equipment maintenance, and integrating automation systems. This role requires strong leadership, technical skills, and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

Supervise and train pumpers and field crews, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and performance.

Ensure proper setup and teardown of equipment, minimizing downtime and maintaining safety standards.

Collaborate with automation teams to implement systems for monitoring and controlling water wells, pits, and pumps.

Monitor flow rates, maintain equipment, and ensure continuous operation aligned with departmental goals.

Manage pumps, generators, and vehicles, ensuring readiness and compliance with safety protocols.

Conduct inspections using checklists to confirm equipment functionality and safety readiness.

Train teams to respond to operational challenges such as burst hoses, pump failures, and overflows.

Promote a strong safety culture, document incidents, and conduct regular field audits.

Collaborate with team managers to ensure SOPs and inspection checklists meet operational needs.

Qualifications

We are looking for dedicated individuals who bring expertise, problem-solving abilities, and a strong work ethic to our team. Ideal candidates will have :

High school diploma or general degree (GED).

Minimum 1 year of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certifications in forklift, backhoe, skid steer, and man lift operations.

Strong planning, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Ability to read and interpret safety and operational documents.

Basic math skills and ability to interpret graphs.

Willingness to work overtime and adapt to schedule changes.

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written.

Work shifts up to 12 hours

Overtime as needed

5 / 2 Schedule (work weekends, if needed)
