United Clearing Services, founded in 2021, provides critical vegetation management, emergency restoration services, and right-of-way tree trimming for utility companies across Texas. Our work focuses on maintaining safe clearance around utility infrastructure through professional tree trimming, growth regulation, and vegetation mitigation, helping reduce the risk of outages and infrastructure damage caused by wind, storms, decay, and overgrowth. We take pride in delivering safe, high-quality, and cost-effective services while maintaining a strong team-first and safety-focused culture. This position requires full-time availability, including 1012 hour shifts and up to 7 days per week during storm response periods, and work is performed outdoors in varying weather conditions and uneven terrain near active utility rights-of-way. Applicants should have 12 years of experience supervising vegetation management or utility line-clearance crews, with a strong emphasis on safety compliance and crew coordination. Candidates must have a valid drivers license and meet the requirements to operate company vehicles; a Commercial Drivers License (CDL) is preferred.

????? Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage crews with a strong focus on safety and productivity

• Assign daily tasks and ensure compliance with safety and utility standards

• Coordinate with other supervisors and track overall project progress

• Maintain clear, professional communication with crews and stakeholders

• Keep accurate documentation and job site records

???? Top Qualifications:

• 18+ years old; able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• 12 years of proven experience supervising vegetation management line clearing crews, with a focus on safety compliance

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

• Basic computer skills and ability to maintain clear documentation

?? Working Conditions:

• Physical, outdoor role with lifting/carrying (1050 lbs), walking, kneeling, climbing, and standing

• Full-time availability required: 1012 hour shifts, up to 7 days/week during storm season

• Weekend and holiday availability may be required

• Must be willing to travel for storm restoration work when needed
