Senior Product Manager, Workforce Management is a part of eBay's Customer Service Technologies (CSTech) group. The purpose of this group is to build technology infrastructure that is essential to eBay delivering a flawless customer support experience.

The role :

Senior Product Manager, Workforce Management is responsible for defining the end to end experience of Scheduling, Forecasting, and RTO. This particular role is focused on leading the work in these tracks. More specifically, you will own product requirements and design for complex, technical, global eWFM and NICE product roadmaps for eBay Customer Service.

As the product leader for WFM, this role is responsible for defining the global vision and strategy, collaborating closely with development, working with business partners to prioritize, delivering on the strategic product roadmap, and by doing so revolutionize the way we manage our workforce!

Responsibilities :

• Ability to be both the customer and WFM domain expert; write scripts for demos; demonstrate onstage product features.
• Set the priorities for multiple projects. Ensures the end to end product design is successful.
• Strategy development and execution : Lead the strategy and vision of WFMy for our Workforce Business Partners and then implement it.
• Work with key partners to develop Objectives and Key Results, develop roadmap / strategies that accomplish the Key Results.
• Be accountable for articulating (Storytelling) and executing the strategies and roadmap.
• Continue to weave D&I into the fabric of the eBay business - through recruiting and developing talent.
