MANAGER NOTES :

Project / Space : This individual will join the Global HCM team for Lyric . The team is expanding its suite of applications and currently has a development backlog that requires automation support.

We're seeking a strong hands-on Automation Engineer with experience in Selenium, Playwright, JavaScript, and TypeScript . The ideal candidate will have a solid background in both development and testing , with a focus on building scalable, automated solutions to streamline application delivery.

Manager ideal candidate :

previous ADP experience or experience supporting HCM in another company

Must Haves :

• 5 years experience as Automation engineer

Selenium, Playwright

Typescript, Java Script

JOB DESCRIPTION

Automation more than manual- 80 / 20

Responsible for testing software applications across QA / Test lifecycle of an application i.e. SIT, UAT, Functional testing etc.; Responsible for designing automation test suites, setting up performance test systems and developing end-to-end system tests.

Qualifications :

Experience with hands-on Automation QA application testing including experience with Selenium

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related field, or combination of equivalent education and experience

Knowledge of behavior-driven testing frameworks such as Cucumber and integration-testing frameworks like Selenium and Soap UI

Knowledge of mobile software development and hosting technology such as Amazon AWS

Knowledge of Agile principals and methodologies such as SCRUM

Knowledge of version control repositories such as GIT and SVN and CD / CI pipeline tools such as Jenkins

Self-motivated team player who excels in a collaborative environment, has a strong sense of personal accountability, and contributes beyond job role and responsibilities

Technology Qualifications :

Selenium Webdriver (create test scripts from scratch, and debug)
